بناءً على تعليمات وزارة التجارة للمؤسسات والشركات بوضع سياسة لعملية الاستبدال والإرجاع الهدف منها حماية المستهلك والحفاظ على حقوقه.

عزيزي العميل ... نظرًا لخصوصية نشاطنا، وطبقاً للاشتراطات الصحية المعمول بها داخل المملكة العربية السعودية وتعليمات الهيئة العامة للغذاء والدواء، وحفاظًا على الصحة العامة، فإن عملية الاستبدال والإرجاع لدينا تتم على النحو التالي:
- المنتجات والأجهزة التي تحتاج لاشتراطات معينة في النقل والتخزين والمناولة لا يتم إرجاعها أو استبدالها مطلقاً بمجرد استلامها دون النظر في حالة المنتج من حيث مقفل أو عدمه، بما في ذلك البنود المندرجة تحت تصنيفات التنفس والحرارة والضغط والسكر والمشدات الطبية والجبائر والمستلزمات الشخصية وما في حكمها.
- المنتجات والأجهزة التي لا تحتاج لاشتراطات معينة يحق للعميل استبدالها أو إرجاعها واسترداد قيمتها في مدة (15 يوم) من تاريخ استلامها، على أن يتم إرفاق أصل الفاتورة، وتكون بحالتها عند الاستلام. ويتم شحنها لحساب العميل على عنوان الفرع الرئيسي للشركة:
شركة شاشكو، المدينة المنورة، طريق الملك عبد العزيز الفرعي بجوار الاسعاف، ص.ب. 6054، الرمز البريدي 42314 - يتحمل العميل كافة المصاريف المترتبة على عملية الإرجاع والاستبدال كمصاريف الشحن والنقل والتوصيل أو تركيب المنتج وتشغيله أو خصم نقاط البيع وغيرها.
الضمان
- الأجهزة الخاضعة لضمان الشركة يتم اتخاذ إجراء فيها في مدة أقصاها أسبوعين من تاريخ استلامها.
- الأجهزة الخاضعة لضمان الوكيل: تلتزم الشركة فيما يخص ضمان الأجهزة وصيانتها بتزويد العميل ببيانات الوكيل والمساعدة في التواصل معه لأي إجراء يخص الأعطال والصيانة دون أدنى مسئولية.
* ملاحظة: طبقاً للأنظمة والقوانين السعودية فإن الهيئة العامة للغذاء والدواء هي الجهة المعنية بالرقابة على قطاع الأجهزة والمستلزمات الطبية.
Return, Exchange and Warranty Policy

Dear customer... Due to the specific nature of our business, and in compliance with the specific health requirements within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Saudi Food and Drug Authority's regulations, and to protect public health, our return and exchange policies are as follows:
- Products that require special transportation, storage, and handling requirements are absolutely non-returnable and non-exchangeable upon receipt, regardless of whether the product is sealed or not. This includes products classified under respiratory care, temperature, blood pressure, diabetes, medical braces, splints, personal items, and similar products.
- Products and devices that do not require specific conditions may be returned or exchanged, and their value refunded within 15 days from the date of receipt, provided that the original invoice is attached, and the items are in the same condition as received. Returned items must be shipped at the customer’s expense to the company’s head office:

Box 6054, Postal Code 42314 - The customer is responsible for all expenses related to the return and exchange process, including shipping, transportation, delivery, installation, operation, and any point-of-sale deductions.
Warranty
- Devices covered by the company’s warranty will be processed within a maximum of two weeks from the date of receipt.
- For devices covered by the distributor’s (agent’s) warranty, the company will provide the customer with the distributor’s contact details and assist in communication regarding any malfunction or maintenance procedures, without bearing any responsibility.
* Note: According to Saudi laws and regulations, the Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) is the competent authority supervising the medical devices and supplies sector.
